We would stay again. The hotel staff was great!

Positives: Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Negatives: The lamp was loose on the wall and one of the lights above the sink was burned out.

Better than what the price and star-rating indicated. Would recommend this for single travelers or someone traveling with a partner.

Positives: It was better than I expected for the price and the star-rating.

Negatives: It could stand just a litle upgrading in the bath, also make sure all of the towels are there.

It's a terrible experience to stay at this Inn only one day! The room is very small and dirty. Mattress has some big stains. Carpet is also dirty with some strange smell. I'll never stay this inn!

Service and people were great. All but the bathroom up stairs backed up and ran into ours. But the problem was fixed promptly, and had no other issues.

The staff was courteous and helpful and the room was so clean and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Overall a good hotel but someone must have been smoking in the hall smoke came under the door room 112.

Great value for the money. The building is old, but it is well maintained. Staff was helpful. Family friendly. Easy to find. Lots of reasonably priced restaurants all over the place. I would definitely spend a night there, again.

Positives: Although it's an old facility, it is well maintained, both inside and out. The rooms are clean and the linens are fresh.

Negatives: There was a rust stain around the bathtub drain. I didn't bother me, but my 13 year old son was very bothered by it.

The hotel was a nightmare. I received a key to someone else's room to start off my trip. Finally when we got our room it was smoke filled, no microwave and fridge and staff didn't care. They told me to leave if I didn't like it.

Convenient to Fairgrounds, staff did their best to help with the problems we had. We would probably stay again as long as it is only one night.

Positives: Very close to the Ford Amphitheatre.

Negatives: Room had no towels, no ashtrays, no trash can liners, continental breakfast had good variety, but no plain bagels and we could not find the tea.

This hotel is a great location for the ford amphitheatre. We walked across the street and were there. We also didn't have to worry about parking and being stuck in traffic after the show. The two women at the front desk seemed to be running some sort of con, trying to get people to pay twice for the hotel.

Positives: Great location for concert at the Ford amphitheatre.

Negatives: Hotel front desk staff was horrible!

The hotel looked a little run down. There were little bugs in the sink crawling around the area. The sheets were real itchy and the bed was not very comfy. I would return though I'm all about giving second chances. The room we stayed in was the accessible room (handicap). We are going to try another room next time. Staff was great as helped with all requests and questions.

Negatives: Little roaches in the sinks.

We stayed for three nights and our room was not done not even ones. I had to go to front desk and request towels and I had to make my own bed at 10:00pm at night. The room had a really bad smell.

By far the closes to my final destination the fairground, however, the hotel needs lots and lots of improvement.

The overall experience was just adequate for attending a seminar in Tampa. It was unfortunate that the staff did not have the correct i4 exit and sent us on a wild goose chase. The kept no maps of the area at the desk. The complementary breakfast was minimal the first day but did not restock nor empty the trash containers. In general, the hotel smelled like a motel.

Negatives: Staff gave wrong directions to get there.
