For housekeeping a 24-hour notice is required. Fees range from USD 25.00 to USD 45.00. No set schedule. Check-in times are Mon.-Sat. 3pm-5pm, Sundays 1pm-5pm. Please check in at the front desk. Guest must have a valid ID and credit card for incidentals and must be over 21 at check-in. Check-out is at 10am. For after hours check-in please call 1-866-398-2970 for instructions. Keys are left in a lock box just outside office door. St. Pete Beach is filled with lots of historical landmarks, wonderful restaurants, beautiful sunsets and picture perfect weather.

Enjoy unlimited water sports, casino cruises, golf, and boating. The historical Corey Avenue District is home to specialty shops, restaurants and even a beach theater.

Nearby restaurants include St Petersburg Nights, Paradise Grille, Pizza & Wing Co, and Barracuda Deli Cafe.

Merge onto N MEMORIAL HWY/FL-60 E toward I-275/TAMPA/ST PETERSBURG. 4. Merge onto I-275 S toward ST. PETERSBURG. 5. Take the SR-595 W exit, EXIT 23B, toward US-19 S/TREASURE ISLAND. 6. Merge onto 5TH AVE N. 7. Turn LEFT onto 66TH ST N/US-19A ALT S/FL-693 S. Continue to follow US-19A ALT S. 8. US-19A ALT S becomes 75TH AVE/FL-699. 9. Turn LEFT onto GULF BLVD/FL-699. 10. Turn right onto 68th Ave. 11. End at 6800 Sunset Way.
