I thought, the room was clean. Service was<BR/>good, the morning breakfast was good except for the fact that neither toaster worked (took about 15 min to toast a bagel). Even after telling the server, nothing was done. Many people did complain about this. Overall, I would say our stay was good. We really liked the fact that you could walk to the restaurant nearby. We were there looking for a house to buy and the location was perfect to our realtor.
Positives: Close proximity to all activities, clean rooms.
Negatives: Pool was not clean.

I had a lousy stay at this hotel -- the a/c only worked at 65 degrees, the beds were terribly lumpy and uncomfortable, there was no microwave in the room (as advertised), and wi-fi was only available in the lobby. I stayed at a Microtel the night before for half the price, and was much more comfortable. If I could, I would insist on a refund, because even when I told the front desk of my complaints at check-out, there was very little concern and no offer to "make good." if this is what I get when I pre-pay.
Positives: The only thing I liked was the location.
Negatives: Beds, personnel, a/c, wi-fi.
