Great location across from a first class beach and at one end of Siesta Village where all the shops, restaurants and pubs are. Great Location, pool area is nice, but the rooms are a little shabby but clean. No refrigerator or other amenities unless you get an efficiency.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Shabby but clean.

Expensive for what we could use, should be $75-100. in season, but they have upgrade rooms available.
Positives: So close to beach and town restaurants.
Negatives: Bath and shower old and rusty.

Great location in the heart of Siesta Key village. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Room needs to be freshened and updated. Given the great location, the room gets the job done.
Positives: Location
Negatives: Decor was very tired and in need of fresh paint, new linens and cleanup.

Totally dirty rooms, loud old air conditioner, extra room charge of $ 20. Was charged me for a lighter room - the one offered was totally dark, steep stairs for luggage carrying.
Positives: Nothing
Negatives: Totally dirty rooms, loud old air conditioner, extra room charge.

The location right between the beach and Siesta village was great, and a very easy walk to both. The staff was attentive and very helpful as well. I would easily recommend this hotel. Its an older property but seems well maintained overall.
Positives: The location was terrific, I couldn't have asked for more.
Negatives: Nothing the staff, service, all good.

Cleanliness and amenities. I was very pleasantly surprised at the space in the room which included a small kitchenette with table and chairs and a very ample desk area with Wireless Internet available. There were 2 double beds and enough room to move about easily. The pool, laundromat etc were all convenient and I was able to park my car right outside the first floor unit. This is an older Florida type property and well priced with that and it's location to the beach in mind.
Positives: Great location to restaurants and beach.
Negatives: Poor lighting in rooms.

The pluses: very friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable bed, great location by beach and Village of Siesta Key.
The minuses: Every word spoken next door was clearly audible! Window whistled in the wind. Shower control confusing. No internet access in room.
Positives: Great location, friendly & helpful staff, quite clean.
Negatives: Shower control backwards, noise from adjacent room, bed not made.

This was a very nice hotel with clean rooms that is in a fabulous location very close to the beach. Everything you need is within walking distance and if you want more variety the main road is only five miles away.
Positives: Fabulous location, clean rooms, the beach is right across the street, free Wi-Fi.
Negatives: The Wi-Fi access is outside so if it's raining you have to be in the lobby.

The hotel is clean. It is located very close to the beach, shopping and restaurants.
Positives: The hotel is clean, very close to the beach and many attractions and restaurants in the area near the hotel.
Negatives: The sofa bed in the living room need to be changed in all rooms because they need new mattress.

The good part is that it is close to the beach. That's probably it. It smelled horrible. They spray cans of extreme fake cherry smell everyday it seems. Even after opening all the windows and doors it was terrible. Gave me a headache and I don't suffer from headaches usually. The road in front of the hotel was being worked on so early mornings it was loud with large machines. Very old, stale carpet and fabric, I guess that's why cherry was sprayed on everything. Felt like a beat up motel 6. Location was great though.
Positives: It was close to the beach.
Negatives: It smelled horrible, got a headache from the thick cherry smell.

Staff was great. The water pressure was low which was a pain for taking showers. They did come and change out the hardware which helped some. The room was clean.
Positives: Close to the beach and restaurants.
Negatives: Out of date but clean.

The staff was so helpful from check in to check out. The pool was right outside my door, and we were steps from the beach. I love Siesta Key Beach and we had a great stay.
Positives: This hotel was located just steps from the beach and had the friendliest staff.
Negatives: I liked everything about this hotel.

This is not a resort, and the word resort is totally misleading! It is an old motel that is not even close to Siesta Key beach. It is next to a bar where a place called the village starts and has a few run down restaurants and bars and some old shops. The room was all tiled flooring, basic room and shower that was ice cold no matter what I did.
Positives: It had a bed.
Negatives: This is not a resort. It is a motel. A very old motel that is not near the beach.

This hotel was a great value. It was right across the street from a beautiful, white sand beach. It was also around the corner from a street full of bars, restaurants, stores and clubs, all with live music pouring onto the street as we walked by. The location was terrific, and the staff was very friendly.
Positives: The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
Negatives: It was a little faded and worn out.

Everything is small the pool, the doors everything. There were small roaches in bathroom, and a crack that stretched the length of the ceiling which looked very badly patched. Staff was tremendous and friendly. The location was excellent. From the outside the hotel reminds you of a motel and the room reinforces that thought.
Positives: The staff was great and location excellent right next to beach and restaurants very close.
Negatives: The units are not well maintained and remind you of a motel, small roaches in unit, look very old.

There was no minifridge or microwave and I was expecting those amenities. I was traveling with my 2 y/o daughter and needed those for her milk. I wasn't even offered an upgrade; I was just told they were unavailable. The place is very old, rooms need a total updating and there seemed to be some moldy spots. Another couple checked out due to mold.
Positives: It was pretty close to the beach.
Negatives: No microwave or minifridge.

Good for spring breakers but not much else.
Positives: Good location, friendly office staff.
Negatives: Did not appear to be very clean hair left in drain in shower, didn't trust linen and bedding.
