The Inn On Third is a historic 1930s hotel in the heart of Downtown St. Petersburg FL. All of our 20 guest room are individually decorated with private bathrooms including complimentary toiletries and hair dryer.

Our guest rooms sleep a maximum of two guests in either 1 queen 1 full or 2 twin size beds. AC wall units a ceiling fan mini fridge and flat screen TV radio alarm clock as well as direct dial telephones are common in all guest rooms. A continental breakfast buffet as well as a complimentary beer or glass of wine await our guest in our lobby daily. Parking is on a first come first serve basis with additional free overnight and weekend street parking available if necessary. Saturday night parking is on a first come first serve basis on street only with additional parking available at the neighboring bank parking lot. Free WiFi in all guest rooms and common areas.
