Location details / directions

Starting at Jacksonville drive South on I-95 to Hwy 207. Go East to Hwy 312. Go East on 312 to A1A South. Go South on A1A to our welcome center at 5092 A1A South.

Starting at St. Augustine A ten minute drive from historic St. Augustine. On one of Floridas most beautiful beaches. Additional condos available about 20 minutes from Daytona Beach. An easy 90 minute drive to Disney and other Orlando theme parks. Drive South on SR A1A about 7 miles to our welcome center at 5092 A1A South.

Starting at Daytona Beach Follow airport signs to 95 North, towards St. Augustine. Take first St. Augustine exit, US 1 North. Proceed about 10 miles to SR 206. Proceed East on 206 to SR A1A North. Welcome center is about 2 miles South of 206 at 5092 AIA South.
