This is not a high-rise condo. It is your very own villa cottage located in a gated community, surrounding a 5000 square foot tropical oasis swimming pool with a waterfall cave. The pool is surrounded by over 100 palm trees and tropical landscaping to allow you to enjoy your Caribbean vacation, right here on Perdido Key. The pool-side Purple Parrot Tiki Bar is also available for your pleasure and features an indoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna, along with a fitness center with all new workout equipment. One of the nicest features of our Caribbean-Style community is that the sugar white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are two minutes away. Book your vacation today and stay in a Caribbean-Style resort that most people travel thousands of miles to experience. A cleaning fee of USD 78.06, including tax, will be collected upon arrival. Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. If arriving after 5pm, please let staff know so that arrangements can be made. Call a minimum of 24 hours prior to arrival to obtain the gate code. Once through the gate make the first left and the office is the 5th building on the right. After hours check-ins will need to touch base with the office at 1-850-492-9999.
