The property features a large beachside pool, a lap pool that is heated seasonally, hot tub, gazebo with beach walkover, fitness center, and two lighted tennis courts. Seasonal amenities include beach service and a kids program. Each two and three bedroom condominium offers a private furnished balcony with a Gulf front view. The baths feature cultured marble vanities, with a whirlpool tub in the master bath. Homelike conveniences include a washer and dryer, cable TV with DVD player, high speed Internet access, and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice maker. All no-shows are non-refundable and subject to 100 percent cancellation fee and there will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be considered no-shows and incur a 100 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations made prior to the day of arrival are subject to a penalty of the first night room plus applicable taxes and fees. Please note that a USD 128.78 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older to make reservations. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Due to our high standards for cleanliness, not all units will be ready for check-in at 4pm. Dubbed a lost treasure by the Spanish, Perdido Key is a narrow strip of sandy beaches and maritime forests that offers two golf courses, surfing, sailing, camping, and an annual festival that draws singer songwriters from across the country.
