<BR/>Cheap, a little noisy, basically clean, parking lot a little scary at night, pool could use a little attention, very stingy with toiletries such as shampoo and soap to the point they questioned why we would need another of those small bottles of shampoo. There was 4 in our room with only 1 bottle.

Positives: Price was good.

Negatives: Front desk people were initially helpful but when needed something they seemed bothered.

This was a quick trip. However, I am a government employee and if I would have been on a business trip, I would have preferred the upstairs. I feel that you should ask the customer if they want to be near the pool. I am happy it was winter and not summer time.

This hotel is mis-represented in every way. It was smelly, carpet needed cleaning. Afraid to let infant on floor. Sinks did not drain properly..Too much furniture in the room that made it crowded. In a normal size room, furniture would be fine. Moisture inside of the windows. Could not see outside.

Positives: The cleaning staff was very helpful and friendly. I left them a tip.

Negatives: Day Managers attitude.

Nice place to stay when passing through town, clean and neat.

I would recommend this hotel to families with children. It was clean comfortable and convenient to the area. The continental breakfast could be improved with other items than just coffee, juice, and mini-muffins.

Positives: Housekeeping was friendly and very accommodating.

Negatives: Checking out front desk personnel was not to knowledgable. She was new and had not be trained to the process.

Didn't know hotels like this still existed. Cheap. Dirty carpet. I actually felt unsafe.

Old hotel, tiny rooms, double beds, wireless internet that only worked in the hallway. Hall had two window air conditioners, one was Inop. Hotel located in rough area. This place is a one star at best.

Positives: Nice people working there.

Negatives: Very shaky area. Muggings, theft. Tiny old rooms, double beds (not queen).

The smell of a horrible case of bad body odor pervaded the entire hotel from the minute we walked into the lobby. It was so overwhelming that when we got to our room, we would have left and went to another hotel if we would not have been locked into this. Instead, we bought air fresheners and candles. The housekeeping staff did not do a very good job cleaning our room. They refused to fix one of our beds because we left a bag on it. I suspected the sheets were not clean because they were wrinkled when I pulled down the blankets. All in all, I would not stay there again or recommend it to someone else.

Great budget hotel. Beds were comfortable but bring your own pillow (theirs is a bit too skinny). Rooms are small but perfect if you are only there to sleep. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Washing machine worked but don't waste your quarters in the dryer. It doesn't work very well.

Negatives: Room key continually had to be reprogrammed, always had to ask for more towels.

Although the hallways were not air conditioned and had a funny smell to it, you don't really spend a lot of time in them. The rooms were great for the price and had high speed internet access which was great. Had everything we needed for our one night stay! Even included a fridge and microwave.

This hotel is conveniently located. The lobby is very small and is the location for breakfast which should not have been called that because it merely consisted of coffee, juice (from a machine) and packaged honey buns and donuts. No bread for toast, no bagels, muffins or waffles, no oatmeal, no fruit, no milk, no cereal. My children were on there way to the pool but were turned around when another child coming from the area said that it was closed due to someone using the bathroom in the pool. We were disappointed with that. A roll-a-way bed cost me an additional $10 per night. I wonder if there should be a charge for that.

Positives: I liked the price and the location and it was fairly clean.

Non smoking rooms come complete with ashtray and matches, and enough scent to force a trip to the dry cleaners.

For the price and for a one night Saturday check in it was okay. Great staff and near old town Pensacola and good restaurants.

Negatives: There was a problem with the locks on the door and it was addressed. However, what the room needed was complete door frame replacement.

The hotel was good if you are passing through or staying one night the price was good, rooms were clean, beds were just ok, staff was friendly, the WiFi would never stay up long enough to do anything. They did have plenty of vending and a place to wash clothes.

Positives: Easy access to I-10 and 110.

Negatives: Small breakfast, shady people driving through and walking around.
