Sugar Beach is located on the beach and the units surround a small freshwater lake. Each two bedroom unit sleeps a maximum of six people. All condos have two bathrooms, full kitchen, dining area and washer/dryer. There are two rental options - direct beach view or lakeview.

The property has a large pool, clubhouse, BBQ area, tennis and shuffleboard. ADVANCE PAYMENT OF ONE NIGHT IS DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING. $45 CANCELLATION FEE. CANCEL LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, ENTIRE ADVANCE PAYMENT IS FORFEITED. CHECK IN is handled at our main office located at the Inn at St. Thomas Square (Blowin N The Wind Mgt), 8730 Thomas Drive # 1101. ALL RESERVATIONS WILL BE CHARGED A 80. 00 CLEANING FEE, 45. 00 FOR DAMAGE INSURANCE AND 10. 00 PARKING/REGISTRATION FEE. THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE NIGHTLY RATE.
