Our two and three bedroom condos are available either beachside or on the Intracoastal Waterway. The resort is located midway between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine in Palm Coast, Florida.

Starting at Jacksonville Fl Airport (JAX) - Exit airport east to I-95 south. - Stay on 95 South to exit 289 at Palm Coast, Florida. - For the oceanside condos-Turn left onto Palm Coast Parkway to Toll Bridge ($2.00 toll) and continue to 16th Road. - Turn left on 16th Road and continue to the Lodge. - The Lodge is on the left-beachfront.
