This hotel is definitely top notch and managed well. Staff is friendly and efficient. Hotel in general is very well maintained from the parking lot to the pool and gym and public restrooms. Definitely will try to stay here again.

We had a lovely time at this hotel. It was beautiful and clean. The staff was attentive and friendly. You get what you pay for.
Positives: Very nice, clean, new. Room service pizza was great. Dual heads in the shower, wife and I enjoyed.
Negatives: Parking charge was $12 or $20 valet. Room Service charged $8 for two cokes delivered with our pizza. Thought that was a little steep.

The Westin Imagine is a beautiful hotel, very clean. The staff is usually very friendly. This time not as friendly, could have been because there was a large convention starting the next day. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are clean.
Positives: Love that the coffee in room is Starbucks.
Negatives: I usually get a King room when booking the Westin. The room had 2 doubles, kind of lame for a couple.

Rooms were dated decor non existent TV very small, room very small not 4star does not even compare with the Rosen shingle creek. At least the girl that checked us in also checked us out took off self park for second room. Small consolation for rooms that we were told would adjoin at checking traveled with small children so when they went to sleep there was no way for the adults to visit. Met up with son and family who live out of state ... Very sad ... At least their room was larger than ours.
Positives: Nothing told our rooms would adjoin, at check in one room not ready, when we went back for 2nd room on same floor but different corridor sorry.
Negatives: Rudeness of checking person for the second room.

Friendly staff.
Positives: Clean and pretty, very well maintained almost like new.
Negatives: You have to purchase internet, it does not come with The room like the majority of the hotels, there is a long line at the reception.

The room was all that a four star hotel should be: comfortable, elegant and clean. I was not thrilled with the unwillingness of the staff to reserve a room with a double bed for me. When I arrived I was told that there was no double bed available. When I insisted they told me that if I was able to wait another two hours to check in that they could get me a room with two beds. It was very inconvenient.
Positives: The room was very comfortable, great beds and attractive.
Negatives: Because I booked through Priceline they wouldn't guarantee me a double bed.

This hotel is great for a business traveler or those who prefer a quieter stay with less crowds. Whereas the hotel is not grand or have extras, it is clean, comfortable, and has excellent customer service.
Positives: Very comfortable beds, accommodating, friendly and prompt customer service.
Negatives: Meant more for business travelers, not family. Nothing special about pool. Not a 4 star.

This is a great hotel especially for business travelers complete with a busy restaurant and attractive pool area. The only drawback is that it is not a Resort and as such, has no huge pool area with slides not golfing on site.
Positives: Beautiful hotel with great amenities and friendly staff.
Negatives: It does not have a pool area found in a resort (ie huge with activities and slides), but it is a beautiful hotel!

Really liked the set-up of the room. Little efficiency, very comfortable bed, separate love seat made it feel very spacious. Beautifully decorated.
Positives: Really liked the set-up of the room. Little efficiency, very comfortable bed, separate love seat made it feel very spacious.
Negatives: The parking garage was over-priced and slightly inconvenient. Elevators horribly slow.

This place is so relaxing that we decided not to go back to Disney. It exceeded my expectations. Loved it. Can't wait to go back in June! And our group had 4 small children.
Positives: I loved the computer and TV. The bed was extremely comfy. The double head shower was phenomenal. The balcony and view was excellent.
Negatives: We had to pay $12 to park.

I am a Star wood preferred member & even though I don't get credit for Priceline stays, they did upgrade us to a suite---which enhanced the stay quite dramatically the hotel is a touch below the quality of other Weston's I have stayed at--but more than the level of a 5 star property. However, every one from the valet parking team to the front desk staff to the restaurant staff were friendly & professional.
Positives: Staff extremely friendly & accommodating; rooms very extremely comfortable.
Negatives: Location is a little away from the action.

The lobby is very chic and had a feng shui vibe. Very beautiful and peaceful. The hotel staff was very friendly and of course the Westin Heavenly beds are extremely comfortable. Mini-fridge had a freezer too - super convenient with small children and coolers.
Positives: The room was spacious and had a sophisticated decor.
Negatives: The check-in took a while if someone in front of you had questions; only two representatives.

My new favorite hotel to stay at while in town for conventions. The room was great, the bed was comfy, and the staff was friendly. (Except for the bartender at the bar not so friendly - wrong profession perhaps). The restaurant was fabulous and the staff within the restaurant was ultra attentive!
Positives: Everything
Negatives: Paying for parking ... and couldn't walk to any restaurants.

Great hotel. Will stay again.
Positives: The scents in the hotel were tranquil. The heavenly bed slept well.
Negatives: The parking garage was a short walk in the back of the hotel. Perhaps not safe for female travelers.

It was by far the nicest motel I've stayed in. The rooms were clean, modern design, and spacious. I will stay there the next time I'm in Orlando and recommend others to as well.
Positives: The rooms were fantastic.
Negatives: The parking garage was not connected.

This was a good experience with the exception of the food. I got food poisoning while on my stay, so I would not advise eating at the hotel at all!
Positives: The rooms are well made and planned.
Negatives: You must pay for many amenities, such as parking, Wi-Fi, and other services.

Solid hotel similar to all Westons.
Positives: Proximity, main restaurant and beds.
Negatives: Internet charges. I thought we are passed this phase.

Hotel is new with high ceilings and an attractive entrance and lobby. The room we stayed in (junior suite)was well laid out, had a good bit of room so we didn't feel cramped. The bed was quite comfortable. Moderately high ceilings with good baseboard and casements around the windows were a nice architectural touch. Bathroom was ceramic and marble; both a tub and ceramic shower. My main problem with this hotel was the Internet; it was poor quality, very slow, frequently disconnected and very expensive ($14 plus tax).
Positives: The hotel is relatively new.
Negatives: Swimming pool was cold, hot tub was warm (not hot). Internet expensive, poor quality and constantly disconnected.

It was one of the nicest, most architecturally sound, majestic hotels that I have had the pleasure of staying at.
Positives: The amazing attention to detail and fine decor.
Negatives: The 5 dollar bottle of water in the room!

I asked about the public transportation, but none of staff could answer my question correctly and I had to search the internet by myself.

Excellent hotel, pool was great, water was at 78 degrees F. Downside was the view from our room but at the price we got it for it was well worth the crappy view. Also had to pay extra for parking. Good location for getting around Orlando if you drive.

Positives: New and clean.
Negatives: Had to pay extra for parking.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly. We had a slight problem with the room and asked to be changed, the clerk was quite helpful and the new room exceeded all expectations!
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Parking fees.

This was a nice hotel however, I'm not likely to stay again due to the $12 per day self parking fee. It's a little silly to charge someone to park their own car when there are tons of other hotels close by that either don't charge or add the fee into the price of the room.
Positives: Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Negatives: The bar closed at 11 pm.
Reviewer: Not provided on Mon 08 Mar 2010 rated 10 out of 10.
We have used Priceline twice and both experiences were exceptionally good. I enjoyed the open windows, the luxury bedding, and the contemporary decor. Thank you!!!
Positives: The standards were high and the space comfortable.
Negatives: There were too many electronics!

Westin always been a great quality hotel. Service was very slow for breakfast at the restaurant. Drinks took over 15 minutes to get to our table. You do have to pay for parking and internet service.
Positives: Great hotel.
Negatives: Restaurant service for breakfast was slow.

The hotel was fine. The mandatory parking fee really tick me off. No option, no notice, just added on to the check out bill. I would not stay at a Westin again. I hate charges!
Positives: Cleanliness.
Negatives: $12 per night mandatory parking fee. Would have been $25 per night if I unknowingly used valet parking.

The valet parking, which was required, was very poor. There was only 1 poor guy who couldn't keep up and didn't take good care of the car. If you aren't going to have good valet parking then don't have any valet parking. Also, nobody to help with bags at all! I thought the Westin was supposed to specialize in helping business women.
Positives: Front desk lady was
Negatives: I
