Perfect!
Positives: It had a living area with a couch, TV, dinning table, as well as a bedroom with a door to separate the spaces.
Negatives: Valet is Mandatory $20. If i didn't read the reviews prior to going, i would do not have known because they did not tell me.

Hotel was great. Staff was helpful and nice. The breakfast was great, and I was told there is a managers reception with drinks at night but we did not make it to that. The only downfall is that the only parking is valet for $20. I had a friend visiting us while there and there is no parking whatsoever. I guess that is expected since this is so close to downtown. I would stay here again.
Positives: The breakfast was great! Lots of options with a cook there to serve omelets and eggs.
Negatives: No self parking other than valet.

This is a very elegant hotel right in the heart of the city, perfect for business travelers! The rooms are very large with separate living rooms & bed rooms. The rooms are similar to small apartments. I enjoyed staying at this hotel with a complimentary breakfast buffet & happy hour! The only downside is the small pool that did not seem to be heated.
Positives: The rooms are large & spacious. There is a free happy hour & free breakfast buffet.
Negatives: The swimming pool was very cold & small.

I had tickets to the Orlando Magic game - tipoff at 3:30. I showed up at the hotel at 11:30 am and was unable to check-in to my room, despite calling 3 days ahead for an early check-in - they made it seem that early check-in was no problem. When I called in morning they told me it would be first come first serve. They were unable to accommodate an early check-in as I watched the cleaning crew clean room after room. My guests who were meeting me at the hotel were unable shower/change prior to the game and it was a bad experience. We did not end up checking into a room until 7:30 pm and checked out at 11 am the next day; Plus the lockers lost.
Positives: I like the location - close to the Amway Arena and downtown nightlife.
Negatives: They could not check me in before 4 pm.

We really enjoyed this hotel even though we only stayed one night. The hotel staff was very helpful finding entertainment for the night. Plus they drove us where ever we wanted to go with in 2 miles of the hotel. Since it was located close to a lot of stuff we didn't need our car at all. They also had a nice business center so we could print off coupons to area attractions and our flight info for the next day. Our favorite part was the free breakfast. This is continental breakfast on steroids! They had the waffle stations but also an omelet area too. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Positives: Free breakfast for everyone, including waffles, omelets and all the fixings.
Negatives: Charged for parking.

Very nice older hotel that has been updated. Very friendly and courteous staff. Good downtown location. Convenient to major roadways.
Positives: The bedding was heavenly.
Negatives: The valet parking was a little high and it was bad that there was no alternative place to park.

Nice place. Great location for easy walking around town. Valet parking although friendly and convenient, it is way too expensive. We didn't use it until after we picked up our vehicle (2 days after arriving)on Saturday night close to midnight and picked it up on checking out on Monda at check out. Ended up paying $76 dollars for using the parking twice. Full size beds are too small for my wife and I to sleep in and we are not large people. Internet access should be included in the price of the room.
Positives: Great location.
Negatives: Parking was non existent except for valet. Too expensive $76 for Sat night - Mon am.

Our flight was delayed until the next travel day and The Embassy Suites rented our room which was prepaid to someone else. I understand that this may be a policy, but it does not seem quite fair. I called ahead and let them know that we would be arriving the next day and was assured that the room would be held. This did not happen and I am very upset.
Positives: Not happy at all.
Negatives: Our flight was delayed and our room was rented out.

It was for a family funeral. Everything was great except the nights due to uncomfortable beds and thin walls. No other complaints. Surprisingly food was great, too.
Positives: Convenient, courteous, good value.
Negatives: Beds and especially pillows were very uncomfortable, lightweight blankets and noise between rooms disappointing.

Nice, clean place with large rooms. The included breakfast was good and the location was very safe.
Positives: Free breakfast and nice manager's reception.
Negatives: Expensive valet parking.
