Clean, friendly and fun! And be sure to take the time to admire the decor and memorabilia; you're living amongst rock 'n roll history.
Positives: Walking distance to both Universal Theme Parks & City Walk; Great Pool & Activities for Kids.
Negatives: Bathroom setup - Prefer sink separate from toilet & shower.

This is a great hotel with an awesome pool.

Overall the Hard Rock Hotel was excellent in every aspect. I would certainly entertain staying at this property again in the future.
Positives: The staff was very attentive in every aspect of service: front desk, valet, pool, restaurants, and maintenance.
Negatives: The diversion cutoff in bath did not operate properly causing poor water pressure in shower mode, initial musty smell in room.

they charge you $12 overnight parking and $15 valet parking per day even if you are a guest! They charge you for hardwire Internet access! Lots of hidden fees.
