We offer 2 & 3 bedroom condos and townhomes in newer resort style communities with exclusive club houses, tennis courts, community pools, located within 5 to 10 miles from the main gates of Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. It's such a pleasure after a hard day at a theme park to return to your own home away from home to relax. At the same time your children can use up their excess energy and join friends at the community pool. These are the ideal accommodations for honeymooners and small families looking for comfort and luxury. Minimum age required for check in is 25. If the guest needs some extra time to leave the property, he might have to contact our office during the prior check out day or in the morning on the check out day. Please contact us at 407-447-7724 at least 24 hours in advance to arrange an after-hours check-in. The Greater Orlando area is best known for its tourism industry, attracting millions of visitors each year. Some consider the Greater Orlando area with many referring to Walt Disney World Resort in particular to be the vacation capital of the world.
