The hotel was in a good location. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean.

This hotel met my needs as it had a convenient location, complimentary breakfast and was priced right. The rooms themselves were very plain and not very inviting. The staff was very concerned and friendly.
Positives: The public areas were attractive and the staff was very friendly.
Negatives: The suite was just ok in terms of appearance. Kitchen did not have any supplies such as forks, knives, plates etc.

For us, visiting family in Oldsmar, this was an excellent choice. However, I would NOT pay their going rate, even AAA rate,
Positives: Very nice breakfasts every morning.
Negatives: Heated pool was too cold for swimming.
