Other amenities on site include an outdoor gulf front pool which is heated seasonally between January and March, hot tub, beach boardwalk, BBQ grills and picnic area, outdoor showers, exercise room and parking limited to 2 cars per unit, no boats, trailers, RVs or jet skis are allowed. There is a cleaning fee of USD 110.22 for 2 bedroom units.Check-in is 3pm, check-out is 10am. Check-in at 8478 Gulf Boulevard. Persons booking unit must be over 25 and occupy unit for entire rental period. No singles under 25 w/o guardian. Please note cleaning fees charged at check-in- 1 bed 82.00 USD, 2 bed 109.23 USD, 3 bed 126.47 USD, 4 bed 147.00 USD. Check-in is 3pm, check-out is 10am. Check-in at 8478 Gulf Boulevard. A lock box procedure is in place, guest will pick up courtesy phone that will call our call center directly.
