Located on popular Scenic Gulf Drive in the Miramar Beach area of Destin, Leeward Key Resort provides a retreat from the hustle and bustle of downtown Destin while still allowing easy access to popular Destin attractions. Leeward Key features beautifully decorated two and four bedroom condominiums with wonderful panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. As an added bonus Leeward Key offers pet friendly units, unlike many other Destin resorts. Each unit offers complimentary high-speed Internet access, a whirlpool tub, washer and dryer, and private balcony. The high-rise tower is situated right across the street from the beach, and the resort offers private beach access. The Gulf-front pool is heated seasonally, and a second, larger pool can be found on the north side of the resort. All no-shows are non-refundable and subject to 100 percent cancellation fee and there will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be considered no-shows and incur a 100 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations made prior to the day of arrival are subject to a penalty of the first night room plus applicable taxes and fees. Please note that a USD 128.78 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in. Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out is before 10am. Minimum age at check-in is 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation.
