Terrible parking and no hot water for shower says don't go back!

Positives: Elevator security.

Negatives: No hot water in am and inconvenient parking.

I would definently recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

Positives: Beautiful ambiance. Nicely decorated,.spacious room.

Negatives: Shower was not as clean as my wife would have liked. Housekeeping came right up and cleaned.

Because of the reason above it took away from our comfort. Once I complained about having to wait 2 hours for an airport shuttle, I was told that the shuttle service was a privilege and perhaps, " I should take a taxi in the future" and I quote. I had to tell the manager he was being unprofessional. I would not stay at the Miami Doubletree again.

Positives: It was clean and well stocked.

Negatives: The shuttle & the managements indifference to the poor shuttle service that took us 2 hours to get. We didn't get to bed till midnight & had to be up at 3.
