The tropical beachfront Sea View Inn located in beautiful Melbourne Beach Florida provides spacious accommodations- easy access to white-sand beaches- and a relaxing oceanfront patio where guests can enjoy the waves rolling in. Melbourne Beach and the surrounds have abundant opportunities for nature lovers. There are wildlife parks- The Barrier Island Sanctuary- kayak rental- and nature walks.

This stretch of coast is also a major Sea Turtle nesting area- the season begins March 1st and ends October 31st. Peak season for viewing nesting and hatching is the late summer and early fall.

Our rooms are neat and clean and well-appointed. While we do not offer daily maid service- we provide clean towels- sheets and other items at guests request.

Guests enjoy the serenity of our gorgeous nearly secluded beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for guest use and beach towels are provided upon request. Boogie boards and beach toys are also available for kids young and old to enjoy. The surrounding area provides abundant opportunities for the nature lover such as wildlife sanctuaries- kayak rentals and nature walks. Sea View Inn has two buildings where all 8 Suites are located- the Oceanfront and Courtyard buildings. The Oceanfront building houses two suites which share a private ocean front patio as well as the front desk. Five additional suites are located in the adjacent Courtyard building- which offers beautiful ocean views.

We have an ocean-front patio that provides beach access for all guests- as well as a place to relax and watch the waves roll in.
