Hotel lobby was very inviting friendly and employees seemed accommodating to your needs. The Room was upscale with flat screen TV and Plush beds and bedding. Nice seating area also in room, and very clean.

Positives: Rooms were updated with high end details, such as beds and bedding.

Negatives: Pool needed to be cleaned.

We've stayed at this hotel several times and have always been pleased. Staff was friendly, rooms are clean and spacious, pool is wonderful. They could improve by providing microwaves and refrigerators.

Positives: Staff was friendly, room was spacious and clean.

Negatives: I wish they'd provide microwaves and refrigerators or else provide free breakfast.

This was a lovely, convenient location with a very friendly and helpful staff. There were plenty of clean towels each time we went to the pool and a place to put the wet ones. The children forgot their toothbrushes and although the supply was out at the front desk, late in the evening, housekeeping brought some by the room. Would gladly revisit.

Positives: Location, clean, lovely, great staff, reasonable priced meals in restaurant and good too.

Negatives: I did not find the information about the hotel till I was getting things together to check out. No restaurant pricing in room either.

When I made the reservation I asked not to be near the ice maker add fridge. I was directly across from ice maker and no fridge. TV bad reception on all channels except the 2 cable. Room smelled musty. No paper first morning. Housekeeping did not come in. I told front desk when I got back, told they were still working but never came in. Front desk didn't acknowledge me or even look up the first morning. No express check out, Lighting was so bad in bathroom I had to put makeup on in front of window. No fan in bathroom so it was hot. One very small bar of soap for 2 days, no tissues and no coffee the 2nd day or face clothes. Young lady at desk in evening I don't believe had any training, experience or clue how to service customers. The location is good for traveling and I was hoping it would work out because I am in the area at least once a month for the next 6 months. I will not be back.

This is one of the better hotels in the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is internet access and it is close to restaurants and shopping.

Older hotel, remodeled. First room they gave me was filthy, mildewy and moldy-almost made me sick. I insisted on another room, which they finally gave me. Much cleaner, but faint odor of mildew.

Pleasant surroundings, courteous helpful staff seemed like under funded due to missing things from the room and had very poor sound proofing therefore was very noisy.

I would not stay at this hotel again. They said this hotel was renovated, but does not really look like it.

Overall it was a nice place to stay and reasonably priced. I think they could do a little better with making things like coffee, etc. Available any time of the day, and a microwave to warm food during the breakfast hours.
