The room was very comfortable, the beds are excellent. The maids never cleaned the bathroom, counter-top in four days, the coffee and creamer was never refilled, I had to go downstairs and get it. The TV doesn't change from channel to channel, you have to go to menu and then to guide even to scroll .....
