The hotel was fine. The pool was nice. The beach has way too many shells that the hotel is not allowed to remove. Wear shoes on the beach. I would recommend staying in the deluxe jr suite. The location is facing the ocean.
Positives: The location of the hotel is in the best area.
Negatives: The hallway to the rooms have musty smell. But the room are fine.

Excellent hotel and location considering the valued price that I received via Priceline.
Positives: Beach location.
Negatives: Paying for internet service.

The hotel was very nice and cozy. I would not recommend it for a family with small children. If you're okay with paying daily parking then this is the hotel for you. Loved the immediate access to the beach as well as the beach chairs and towels provided from the hotel.
Positives: The immediate access to the beach.
Negatives: The $10/day parking fees and the air was broken.

Not a 4 star hotel. I had a late check in and had to sleep on a double bed, but was not comfortable. I appreciated the down pillows/comforters. It is more like a Hampton Inn, but larger. The location is lovely, the staff were friendly, but not very competent (concierge was friendly, but too disorganized, the bellman didn't know where the elevator was, etc.)
Positives: Location was nice. Appreciated the down pillows/bedding.
Negatives: Decorations, linens, overall feel was too cheap for 4 star.

We loved our stay here. The beach access was great and the pool area beautiful! Would visit again tomorrow!
Positives: Beautiful, friendly, quiet and clean.
Negatives: Not enough to do with kids especially in rainy days.

Even with the good location and access to the Beach, the new construction is really inconvenient. The view from the room could be better. We will come back to Marco Island, it is a romantic location but next we will pick a different Hotel.
Positives: Nice location.
Negatives: Front desk staff is not the kind of staff we were expecting for a resort.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was very big. The beach is right there. Beautiful pool. The only thing is that there is no indoor activities, problem when it's rain.
Positives: Very big room, great location.
Negatives: Did not has any indoor activities for kids.

Its nice but definitely not a resort like it says. If you are looking for a hotel it is above average but nothing luxury or 5 star about it. The staff is very friendly and helpful and overall not a bad place to stay for a weekend but definitely not a place to plan a big vacation around.
Positives: Nice location.
Negatives: Construction all day everyday well after 500 made it impossible to relax in the room.

The location is great and the hotel itself is nice, but staff is not very helpful when asked to change the room from the construction side of the building.
Positives: The location.
Negatives: Marketed to have tennis courts, but they were under construction.

I have never called and asked for help and have always honored my stays, but this hotel had construction going on beside it and they originally told me that was the only side of the hotel they had rooms available. It was very small compared (room numbers) to the other resorts around it. The decor was out of date in the lobby and the concierge sent us to a very bad restaurant with some incorrect information. We finally received a room on the opposite side of the construction and our room wasn't available to us until 4:30pm and check in was 4:00pm. There was an insect in my drink at breakfast and the waffles were cold. I asked for sugar free syrup and for hot waffles fifteen minutes later they came when my family was done.
Positives: The beach was relatively clean.
Negatives: The position of the hotel to the beach, construction, out of date decor, lack of concierge knowledge.

The hotel facilities and staff operate at a very high level. If you are into service, I highly recommend it. The grounds are beautiful. I traveled alone but am planning to take my family back there at some point. For an area that is very senior oriented this facility had a large percentage of couples and families.
Positives: The staff/service was very high level!
Negatives: There was construction going on next door.

Hotel itself was very nice. Right on beach. Great location. Eating right across street. Had to pay extra just to park car. Seemed a little nickel and dime cheese for an upscale hotel.
Positives: Right in the beach!
Negatives: Poorly treated.

Wonderful family vacation spot. Close to many activities. Manager's reception has enough food and drinks for fifty, 250 show up for it though.
Positives: Location and facilities.
Negatives: Construction next door and expensive low quality drinks.
