Collier Blvd. Earlier check-in may be available May 1 to Dec 20. Office open M-F 830AM to 5PM, Saturday 9-12. We keep a 24 hour answering service and are on call if you have difficulty. Check-out is at 1030AM. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Lock box located at the property manager office- 661 South Collier Blvd. Lock box is to right of front door and requires code. Call for access code. Package with guest name, keys and map to property inside lock box. We keep a 24 hour live answering service and are on call if you have difficulty. Relax and enjoy our tropical island on the quiet, clean southwest coast of Florida. Arriving is easy- fly, drive or come by boat. Near Naples, Fort Myers and Sanibel/Captiva, Marco Island offers abundant nature, clean waters, gorgeous beach, stunning sunsets. Ideal for family, couples or friends.

Airport (RSW) 43.00 Mile S.

Starting at Airport From RSW 52S 1. Exit airport via Terminal Access Rd to TREELINE AVE. 2. Turn LEFT onto TREELINE AVE, continue 1 mile to ALICO RD. 3. Turn RIGHT onto ALICO RD, go half mile. 4. Stay right and MERGE onto I-75 South ramp on the RIGHT to NAPLES. 5. Continue 27 MILES South and get off at EXIT 101 ramp to CR-951 S/COLLIER BLVD. 6. Turn RIGHT onto CR-951 S/COLLIER BLVD. This is the main road to Marco Island. Continue 16 MILES straight ahead. 7. Cross the high bridge onto MARCO ISLAND, continue straight 5 MILES. 8. End at 661 S Collier Blvd.
