Great location, easy walks to Epcot and Hollywood. If you have a late flight-just hangout at the pool, locker rooms have everything you need to shower and change before flight.
Positives: Location,10 min walk to Epcot, 15 min walk to Hollywood Studios, very fast elevators.
Negatives: Charges guest for parking.

We had always wanted to stay at the Dolphin and it met all of our expectations. It was one of the most enjoyable times that we have had at Disney World. The room with a balcony was awesome and Shula's Steakhouse was superb!
Positives: We came with the sole purpose of relaxing and enjoying some quality time together and we could not have gone to a better place.
Negatives: Self parking fee

We enjoyed our stay at the Disney Dolphin and would chose it again if in the area. Transportation to the parks was easy to use. The amenities of the hotel were geared to all ages of the family. Our only complaint would have been the small TV in our room.
Positives: Beautiful hotel and grounds.
Negatives: Small TV and lounge chair in room.

Fairly basic in terms of rooms and their decor. Some mold on bathroom grout around the tub. Walls thin and this would be a problems in peak season we feel.
Positives: Reception staff.
Negatives: Odor in the rooms and corridors.

We had a great time, easy to get to the parks, although we only stayed one night, we never took the car anywhere, used the buses and boat to the theme parks.
Positives: So close to the Disney Parks.
Negatives: Nothing.

Overall, a great hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful from the moment that we pulled up.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Cleanliness of pool and added resort/parking fees.

Can't beat the location. Free water taxi and buses to all Disney venues. Getting a little old but very well maintained. Mattresses were pretty worn out and the bottom sheets were to small and not fitted, consequently they pulled out an wrinkled up underneath you. Not comfortable.
At check in we were very surprised to find tha there was a $10.00 per day charge to park our car and another $10.00 per day charge for the most frequently requested amenities, mainly two bottles of water per day and internet access. No choice, you pay the charge. If you drive there plan on another $20.00 per day that you didn't expect. Restaurants have very good food but are also very expensive.
Positives: location, location, location
Negatives: surprises at check in

This was very overpriced for the quality of the rooms. I've stayed at other hotels with nice if not nicer rooms for alot less. I will most likely not stay here again.
Positives: It was very nice for the disney area.
Negatives: I thought it was very overpriced and could have stayed somewhere else for alot cheaper.

Upscale Disney property, beautiful Xmas displays, restaurants were very expensive, cleanest hotel I've ever seen, self-parking $9.00 per day (not included, valet $15), convenient to all Disney transportation, desk staff attentive, plenty of shopping on the property, spa on property
Positives: Close to parks, clean, walking distance to other activities.
Negatives: A

Excellent resort hotel with a helpful staff. Almost comparable to Disney's Cast Member grade. The hotel is good for both families & conventioneers at the same time; it is close and easy to get to Disney's Theme Parks & Water Parks. If you plan to do only Disney, you really don't need to rent a car, just arrange for transportation to and from the airport with the hotel's guest services.
Positives: Close and easy to get to Disney's Theme Parks.
Negatives: Paying for self parking. that should be included.

This hotel I loved so much, I recommended it to my family form Spain, who is coming this year for Christmas and planning to stay for a while. The hotel was more that what I expected, friendly, service was awesome, clean. Beautiful, so rich, romantic, I plan to go back very soon.
Positives: Oh wow! I loved everything, the service, the employees, wow it was awesome.
Negatives: There is nothing I didn't like.

We enjoyed our stay at WDW Dolphin Hotel. Beautiful environment to stay in. The only problems that we found was long waits for restaurants and the food was pricey. Otherwise, very clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Free transportation into the parks made travel easier. I would recommend this hotel to others traveling to WDW.
Positives: We loved the comfortable beds and convenient location to Disney World.
Negatives: Long waits for any restaurants nearby and prices for food was high.

It was great to be on-site for the Disney parks. Convenient shuttles, but we did have to wait for over 20 minutes on most of them. The staff was really great-very polite and helpful. It was great to be able to purchase Disney tickets at the hotel. The lobby, hotel interior and restaurants were sparkly-lovely. The pools and grounds were super-fun and really exciting for the kids. Really great for families on the higher-end experience without going to the extreme of the most expensive Disney hotels.
Positives: Very nice accommodations in the lobby and the exterior grounds were remarkable, from the pools to all the walk-ways.
Negatives: Pricey restaurants!

The room given was for a family with a bunch of kids. It was not a 4 star accommodation by any stretch of the imagination. Walked a total of about 2 miles or more back and forth to finally check into a third room which was better than the original 1 star that they put me in.
Positives: Took over 2 hours to get a room. No time for dinner, drinks or anything. Didnt get to bed till 1 am, had to get up at 5 am for 16 hour drive.
Negatives: The fact that I got a 2 star room.

Horrible service, 45 minute check in because the front desk guy forgot to come back to us and took 30 min to get our car from valet.
Positives: Beautiful lobby.
Negatives: Not friendly staff.

The hotel is good for WDW travelers. It is convenient to all WDW parks and has good transportation services. Also, we were able to buy our tickets in the hotel.
Positives: Convenient location.
Negatives: Our room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. No king room available to us.

Beautiful Disney quality.
Positives: Great price offered for this resort.
Negatives: Self parking was a bit of a hike.

Perfect location for visiting the Disney parks, but a bit pricey for a standard room.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Price.

The hotel is great in the sense of being connected to a mall but in our case we just needed it for an overnight and a shuttle to the airport for an early a.m. flight. So being about 15 minutes from the airport (more if there's traffic) it just should not be considered an airport location. Very misleading in my opinion.
Positives: Front desk and the bell service. Both excellent.
Negatives: Too far to be considered an airport location.

This hotel beats any Disney owned hotel, an incredible value compared to the "Yacht Club" or Beach Club. The property is immaculate, and will appeal to a variety of traveling needs. You virtually can get any thing you want, or need here. This is the only hotel in the area that boasted a salon, and 2 - 4 star plus restaurants. We were very impressed, and will go out of our way to select the Swan, or Dolphin on our next trip.
Positives: Unbelievable value, we were so lucky they upgraded our room and treated us like five star customers.
Negatives: That I could not stay longer!
