Our Florida home is in the prestigious subdivision of Lindfields, only 5 minutes from Disney World, close to the other Orlando attractions and the major shopping malls. Lindfields is a very quiet residential neighborhood in Kissimmee, Florida. It is one of the most popular short term rental locations, located just off US Highway 192, close to marker 4. You can rest assured that your visit to Orlando will be a vacation of a life time. Extra fees to be collected at time of check-in- Cleaning Fee 75.00 USD Resort Fee 40.00 USD Check-in time is from 3pm-5pm on the day of arrival. Check-in at the office, and have a state issued valid ID and credit card used for rental. Information needs to be verified. If checking in after 5pm, please come back by 9am the next business day. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. There is a lock box in front of the office for after hours check-in. Once booking is confirmed you will receive the information. Lindfield is an ideal vacation location, just off Highway 192 which houses many shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and over 250 restaurants. Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes.
