Extra fees to be collected at time of check-in- resort fee- 40.00 USD cleaning fee- 85.00-115.00 USD Check-in time is from 3pm-5pm on the day of arrival. Please check-in at the office, please have a state issued valid ID and credit card used for rental. Information needs to be verified. If checking in after 5pm, please come back by 9am the next business day. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. There is a lock box in front of the office for after hours check-in. Once booking is confirmed you will receive the information. Kissimmee is home to a outdoor water park, in addition to multiple golf courses. Kissimmee is also home to the Loop, a large outdoor shopping mall. Kissimmee is near Orlando, home to Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World, allowing tourists to access the parks through the city.
