Starting at DIRECTION FROM ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO AMBASSADOR INN. 1. Take The SR 528 West 2. Take Exit # 3 To John Young Parkway 3. Turn LEFT onto South John Young Parkway 4. Turn Right onto West Vine street/US 192 WEST 5. Pass Four Traffic Lights And You will See AMBASSADOR INN On Right Side From the Florida Turnpike, take Exit Kissimmee, US Highway 192 west, turn right(West) onto US Highway 192, drive about 10 minutes and our motel is on the right side, on Marker 15.
