This hotel room was worst I have stayed in in a long time. List of issues include: fraying dirty carpet, shower stall not cleaned, beds elevated off the floor on makeshift wood frame, box springs showing signs of mold, housekeeper did not thoroughly clean room on a daily basis, and last but not least no coffee maker in the room. Description of this property on your website, was not accurate and overly embellished as to condition and amenities provided.

Negatives: Room dirty and grossly in need of renovation.

This place was great considering the price. The rooms carpet looked very old, but the beds and bathroom felt and looked clean and well kept. Although we did not get a chance to use the pool it is huge and inviting.

Positives: Price, staff, location, cleanliness of our room, refrigerator and microwave in the room.

Negatives: Very old looking carpet in the room and very slight musty smell when we first entered the room.

If you're (Like us) just using the room to sleep between trips to Disney, then you're in luck! The beds were OK and the room was slightly bigger than others.

Very convenient to all attractions. 2 nice heated pools, Rooms are comfortable but this is an older hotel and it shows. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Positives: Went out their way to fix a problem immediately.

Negatives: Bed was a little too soft - non smoking room still smelled from smoke (older facility).

We did not spend the night in this hotel. It was unsanitary. The smell was nausiating and the room was filthy. The exterior was run down and the employee/housekeeper area was a dump. We were extremely disappointed. It wasted our money (we did not get our money back for the first night stay,<BR/>and <BR/>had to pay a higher rate at nicer hotel), our time (we were late for an important function) and our satisfaction with Priceline and Rode way Inn.

Overall you got what you paid for. Its in a great location and close to many attractions. The hotel needs some upgrading, but for that price it was good. I would stay there again and it was very peaceful and great!

Positives: It was in a great location close to many Disney and many restaurants!

Negatives: They Charge a resort fee, which is dumb because its not a resort! They charged me like 50 dollars more?

The hotel was OK, the breakfast was very minimal. Pre-packaged begals and candy like muffins and bananas. When I checked out after staying for 3 nights the taxes and fees added up to the cost of an entire night.

Positives: It was next to a gas station and IHOP.

Negatives: This hotels breakfast is a begal, muffin and banana. The room taxes were as much as 1 night in the room.

The lady at the front desk had a very smart mouth and was not friendly at all. The air did not work and the room was very musty

I'm travelling across country on a budget, have stayed in a number of motels/hotels so far. I wasn't expecting much since I got the room for a very low bargain rate. The hotel far exceeded my expectations. I thought it was a real gem. Nicely decorated room, carpeted, clean, WiFi, HBO, good water pressure, coffee maker. Very nice heated swimming pool unusual &quot;y&quot; shape but very nice (one of the warmest I've been in). One of the light fixtures wasn't working though it didn't really bother me much, I probably could have asked to switch rooms or have it fixed, otherwise I had no complaints. I was more than satisfied with this stay.

Positives: Pool very nice, rooms much nicer than I expected, washer and dryer available on premises.

Negatives: No complaints, much better than expected.

Its not the best but it served as a un scary place to lay our heads down. There was a cop walking around the hotel made us feel better. For a short short trip it will work, But not much longer than that.

Our A/C didn't work, so we were transfered into the room next door. The AC didn't work there either, turned out they were on the same system which had gone out completely. The Manger took off the resort fee and switched us into a nicer room. It was a good stay for the price, really you can't beat it. We traveled with our four and five year old daughters, they enjoyed the pool and donuts at breakfast. The a/c that did work was wonderful very cold actually! And great water pressure.

For the price it was decent room, good Central Orlando location, staff was very helpful with directions and suggestions for dining. They seem to be remodeling some of the buildings.

Very clean hotel, awesome location, had a issue with fire alarm in room going off need a new battery. Had some one in the room within minutes to help fix issue. The whole staff was awesome would stay again on a one day trip.

I had to confront the manager about the extra charges. She agreed to take the 28.00 fee off the account, saying it was a mistake. She finally said she would not charge me a &quot;safe fee&quot;.

The price was right but the service was not. They gave away my room to another family that I woke at 2 am when I went to go to my room and open the door. I had read about that experience from other people, but didn't think it would happen to me. It was disappointing. Also, felt like I was disturbing front desk when I checked in, not very friendly at all.

The breakfast was nothing special. If you are going to have coffee at least have large enough cups for the guests with real creamer, milk. The room and area were very clean. For the price was a good value.

Clean and comfortable for the price. I would stay here again. Very close to all Disney attractions and local restaurants. Had a very pleasant stay!

Motel served its purpose. Good place if you are just going to pass out after a day at the parks. Not entirely pleased about the cleanliness of the motel and it's general upkeep but the houskeeping staff was helpful.

Positives: Staff was friendly houskeeping came quickly when asked.

Negatives: Flat sheets only on the beds and a strange unidentifiable wet spot on the floor near the sink.

Inexpensive, good location to Disney less than 5 minutes to every park! Staff was rude and not helpful. Rooms were very average and old but for economy traveler a good deal. If you stay here it is adequate for a place to sleep and is safe.

This hotel is great for travel. The room and bathroom were clean at all times. The facility was clean at all time and the staff was very friendly. Housekeeping was very prompt and and ensured the room was clean every day when<BR/>I returned.

In general, the hotel was clean and the staff efficient. However, we were originally assigned a room that was far from the lobby, smaller than the other units (we later learned), with a non-working safe, plumbing that was backwards (cold setting resulted in hot water and vice versa), a shower rod that was falling down, and a bathroom door that creaked so loudly we felt as though we were entering a haunted house. Worst of all, there were no lights in the parking lot, and no lighting around the stairs and exterior hallways. My wife stumbled and nearly fell in the parking lot because of this. To their credit, the hotel quickly gave us another room when we complained -- a room that turned out to be roughly 25 percent larger, with normal accommodations (except for another non-working safe).

Positives: They allowed us to change rooms quickly and graciously.

Negatives: The original room assigned to us had no exterior lighting whatsoever, causing my wife to stumble and almost fall.
