Over 50 years ago, Alex & Bertha Popp fell in love with an aerial photo of a sandy cove with coconut palms. The two-acre bayfront property with 9 cottages, protective seawall, boat ramp and dock became their home, known as Popp's Motel. With the Everglades, Florida Bay, and Coral Reef at their doorstep, guests have arrived from around the world to swim, sun, fish, dive and relax in this tropical paradise.
