I checked in a couple of minutes before check-in time (3 PM) and they gave me a room that stinks. Apparently, the guest may have done some cooking and it left some odor which they covered up by spraying some freshener. It didn't hide the smell though. I complained and asked to be transferred to another room which they did. The breakfast buffet and their daily social hour in the afternoon is a definitely a plus. they did not scrimp on portions and if only for this, I can say the price I paid was worth it. Their kitchen is fantastic and complete with dining utensils. It would be nice if they provide a shuttle service to downtown.
Positives: Very good for business travelers who only need to stay for a few days and a place to sleep.
Negatives: Front desk staff (second shift) should be more courteous. I was using internet at around 9 or 10 pm when she turned the lights off without telling me.
