My husband and I enjoyed our brief stay at the Westin Diplomat, and will definitely book through Priceline in the future.

Positives: I liked the amenities offered, however, wish I could have had access to free wireless Internet from my room. Otherwise, it was great.

Negatives: It was inconvenient for me (have difficulty walking) to have to go down to the lobby to access the free internet service.

Check in was quick. Originally allocated non-balcony room on the 9th floor. Was offered a balcony inter-coastal view for additional $20 a night which we accepted. Front desk had a complete list of room upgrades for a fee for PL winners. Restaurants horribly expensive.

Positives: Love those Westin beds!

Negatives: Location.

The hotel has pristine rooms, some with pristine views. The service is excellent. The food and parking is extremely pricey, but at-least it's good.

Positives: Clean.

Negatives: No microwave.

Beautiful location, beach & pool wonderful, clean rooms, nice comfy beds, beautiful lobby & very good service.

Positives: I loved the beautiful location, the beach was wonderful, the pool great for kids.

Negatives: The drinks by the pool are overpriced for what you get $16 for a pina colada in a small 5-6 oz cup.

We loved it. The room was amazing and the staff were great.

Positives: Incredible room with ocean views right on the beach.

Negatives: Parking was $20 a day

Helpful and friendly staff made this hotel enjoyable. We requested a ocean view on an upper floor and got one. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were staying in Miami for a night in the middle of our stay and the hotel kept our giant bags until we returned the next day.

Positives: Fish taco at the pool and Kobe sliders at the marina restaurant.

Negatives: Too few waiter staff around pool decks.

A resort that offers so much with an ocean view to boot. Three pools, several bars and restaurants and a spa along with a well equipped health club make you feel at home. We really enjoyed this hotel and look forward to returning. This marked the first time a member of the housekeeping staff actually thanked us for coming and told us to come back real soon. The friendliest staff we have ever encountered at any hotel! Job well done!

Positives: Wonderful oceanfront resort that caters to all ages and all travelers.

Negatives: Self parking fee of $18.00 for overnight guests.

Hotel is very beautiful. Room very clean, very nice shower and jacuzzi tub. Luxurious amenities but very overpriced. A BLT sandwich was $15.00 and a cheeseburger was $16.00. So for two sandwiches with tax, gratuity and service charge it was over 50.00. That is ridiculous.

Positives: Hotel was very beautiful and had a great pool.

Negatives: Price of a cheeseburger 15.00.

Great hotel to stay with your kids or not. Beautiful pool, clean comfy rooms, stylish and practical bathroom. The beach is wonderful, the pool (s) were packed, but there was tons of seating to accommodate the crowd. My only complaint is the pricy food and drinks, but this is to be expected when staying at such a nice place.

Positives: It was a cheek contemporary hotel with extremely comfortable amenities.

Negatives: Very pricy food and beverages.

Valet parking is quite expensive. You will need to take a shuttle which runs every 30 minutes in order to go to the spa which locates in another area approx. 5 minutes drive from the hotel. Food quality at onsite restaurants are a bit disappointed. The hotel is truly comfortable in both public areas and the room itself. You can even look out to the ocean while you are sitting in the bathtub through the open window. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

Positives: Very comfortable and clean especially in all public areas.

Negatives: Staff including restaurants waitresses is not too friendly.

The Diplomat is a lovely hotel right on the beach. They were kind enough to upgrade us to a ocean view room. The only negative issue is all the extra expenses. The food is very expensive at the resort. $12.00 for oatmeal, $16.95 pancakes. I had a pkg sent to me via FedEx and for them to receive it and deliver it to my room was $15.00. They charge to use the lounge chairs & umbrella's on the beach $25.00 & $15.00. They charge for the water in your room.

Positives: Great location & friendly staff.

Negatives: Too many extra charges! Expensive Food!

We liked the hotel and the location with beach and pool. We called ahead to reserve a room with 2 double beds because we were traveling with an 11 and 13 yr old. When we arrived they gave us a room with 1 king size bed and we ended up having to change the room so much for calling ahead. Double beds were tiny and the room was small and cramped but clean and well decorated.

Positives: Great location with wonderful pool and beach.

Negatives: Lobby under construction and double beds and rooms were small.
