We are conveniently located just steps from Hollywood Beach and the Boardwalk. Select from small efficiencies large full kitchen efficiencies and 1 bedroom complete apartments. All units have recently been remodeled. Cable TV is provided in all units. All units are Air Condition and include Cable with color TV. All small efficiencies have 1 double bed kitchen area with stove and microwave and full size refrigerator. All one bedroom units have private bedrooms with queen beds and separate living and kitchen area. Kitchens are full service and stocked with cooking utensils. Deposits to hold rooms are non-refundable. We have also added phone service in the rooms with wake up and messaging features local calls are 25 cents per call or USD10 per week unlimited local calls or USD25 per month unlimited local calls. There is no charge for incoming calls. Street parking passes are provided free of charge with a returnable security deposit.
