Beautiful with friendly staff awesome breakfast.
Positives: Managers happy hour, breakfast and it was a clean pretty hotel.
Negatives: Nothing, it was great.

Hotel has great accommodations and friendly staff. My grandparents stayed there after a cruise trip and were very satisfied. Hotel shuttle was helpful to them and convenient to arrive at the airport the next day. Hotel staff was friendly and helped them access the rooms very near check-out time. Overall it was a wonderful experience for my grandparents. Hotel is a few blocks away from shopping mall, but has some restaurants near and a restaurant in site.
Positives: Hotel accommodations, free breakfast /cocktail, great rooms /ambiance of the hotel. Friendly staff helped grandparents obtain room before check-in.
Negatives: Nothing.

This is a very large hotel for the area, and they do a great job with guest services and cleanliness. Once you see the pool area you will be amazed. For an Embassy Suites, I would have to say that this is one of the most amazing pools I have seen. Something you would you find at a resort hotel. The two-room suites are plenty large enough and very clean. Each room has a sliding glass door in the bedroom with a small balcony. We could actually see the ocean from our north-facing 8th floor suite.
Positives: The pool area is AMAZING. Large heated pool, decent size hot tub, sauna, a waterfall and the atmosphere of the pool area was FANTASTIC!
Negatives: Only downfall is the distance to the beach, but a $0.50 fare gets you to the beach on the Trolley in 10 min or less.

Hotel is lovely and clean; looked newly refurbished. Good location for travel before or after cruise out of port everglades. Suites are large and very comfortable. Transportation available for a fee by taxi, limo etc.
Positives: Suites are great for us/liked additional sink outside toilet area.
Negatives: Breakfast should last a little longer.
