In 1997 the hotel was painstakingly restored as one of Floridas most elegant and romantic historic hotels. Nineteenth century European and American antiques abound throughout the entire hotel to recreate the rich ambiance of a time lost.

Every room has its own unique theme from the Safari Suite to the Romantic Suite to the French Country Room.
