The staff was very nice and was eager too please. They moved us to a newly renovated room which was really nice.

My husband and I have stayed here before, and were very pleased so we stayed again. All rooms have new beds and hotel rooms were great. We got an oceanfront room for less than $100 a night, which is great if you are on a budget! The only thing I didn't like: the elevators sound really old and sometimes take a few minutes to actually stop on a floor, and the banister on the balconies seem to shake way too much.

Positives: Rooms are clean, staff friendly, great rates, and beach.

Negatives: Elevators old, balcony banisters too shaky.

The room was adequately sized for the price, but I was left feeling insecure in the room due to the poor lock on the balcony door which led out to a balcony with a divider wall that one still be able to climb over.

Positives: Beach access.

The hotel was not 'deluxe accommodations' by any means but it was practical and value priced. We think we got what we paid for and we were happy with that.

Positives: Loved the kitchenette, balcony beach view and location.

This hotel was great. The rooms had been remodeled and the room furnishings were above what I thought of hotel furniture. The staff was super friendly. We wanted to be facing the ocean and they moved our room to one that was facing it. They did not have a lot to choose from for breakfast but they had waffles and were very good. The pool was nice, but not heated. There was always someone cleaning something. I felt very safe at this hotel too. Its was just a great stay.

There is not a lot to say this year. It is under construction and everything is out of whack. Really horrible. This is a great place to stay when it gets through though.

Okay. First of all I am not a picky traveler so the taped outline on the hotel room floor did not bother me. LOL (Joking). The room was a great value for my price. Beach front room and waffles for breakfast! WOW! I would stay here again!

Great location, right on beach. Kitchenette. Small washroom but suited our needs. A bit dated decor.

Positives: Location to Main St for Bike Week. Ocean front room, heated pool. Free Continental breakfast.

The staff was very helpful and courteous, room was clean, location was great close to shopping, attractions and dining. The view of the ocean from our room was amazing.

Excellent value for your stay in Dayton Beach.

Positives: The location on the beach was wonderful. Parking was terrific and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Negatives: The elevator and the hallway to the hotel room was a bit run down and dirty feeling.

Great location on Daytona Beach with helpful and courteous front desk staff. Morning continental breakfast was a very nice amenity with something for everyone's tastes. The room was spacious although the bathroom really needed some TLC. There was an odor in the room, but being so close to the water it smelled more damp than anything else.

Positives: Location! Right on the beach. Beautiful views.

Negatives: Bathroom was worn, drain pulled out from tub.

Great staff; balcony overlooks the heated pool and beach; 3.5 miles from Daytona Intl. Speedway; nice lounge with bar and pool table; very friendly staff; definitely stay here again.

This party has seen its good days in 1979. It pretty much felt like a party hotel. So we did.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Close to downtown and right next to beach. We had beautiful view of beach from our balcony. Pool was great.

Positives: Perfect location to enjoy beach and sunrise.

Negatives: The room could have been cleaner.
