Dining and shopping choices are just a short drive away. Golf courses abound, with all levels of play to choose from. And of course, all Disney parks, SeaWorld, Aquatica, and Universal Studios are conveniently nearby. There are some pet-friendly homes available which charge a 150.00 USD non-refundable pet fee. Please note that in peak season, your vacation home may not be ready at 4pm. Check-in may be delayed up to two hours. For your convenience, we ask that you contact us 72 hours prior to your arrival. We can check you in online and give you directions to your vacation home before you leave home. Your comfort is our utmost concern and we wish to provide this to you at all levels. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Additional fees to be collected at time of check-in- USD 75.00 Property Protection Fee. Short stay clean fees apply to reservations of 6 nights or less- 2Bed 80.00 USD, 3Bed 90.00 USD, 4Bed 100.00 USD, 5Bed 115.00 USD, 6Bed 135.00 USD, 7Bed 145.00 USD. Check-in is at 4pm on your day of arrival and check-out is at 11am. You must call 1-877-389-9220 at least 48 hours prior to arrival to confirm your reservation and get driving directions and lockbox informaton for your vacation home. The check-in office is open Mon-Fri until 5pm. If you plan to arrive after 5pm on Mon-Fri, please call us at 1-877-389-9220 at least 48 hours prior to your arrival so we can check you in ahead of time. Saturday, Sunday and holiday check-ins should also call us so we can get you checked in before 7pm.
