We arrived late and only slept there to go to Kennedy Space Center. Staff was very nice and upgraded us to a suite so we could have a refrigerator (I think). In the morning the restaurant staff was very helpful (maybe because my girlfriend went to ask them) and heated our leftover food without hesitation. The room was nice with 2 beds but be aware that through the room window, you see the inside of the building, not the outside, which is a little weird. (You get a view on the shark pool area. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, training center, restaurants and such. Was very nice for the price, as Four Points almost always are according to our experience.

Positives: Everything that you need is close to it..

Negatives: Internet was painful to get working.

This hotel was amazing! Our room was spacious, and the bathroom was just as big. The beds were new and comfortable, and our room on the 4th floor actually over looked the Cocoa Beach surf shop, the Shark Pit Restaurant, and the aquarium, that are all in the lobby of the hotel! To make things even better the hotel staff was awesome! Even when we needed more towels for everyone in the group for showers at 2am they were fast and friendly!

Positives: The aquarium in the hotel was awesome!

Negatives: The security was actually charged then refunded. Not just held.

We chose this hotel for 1 night pre-cruise stay. It was very well lit and very clean. We felt safe immediately. The room was very clean and had a nice whirlpool and shower.

Positives: We had a whirlpool suite it was the perfect size. Felt safe at this hotel as well!

Negatives: I really don't have any complaints.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights as we awaited our cruise. The hotel was down right amazing. Our room was extremely spacious for 2, very clean, and the beds we very comfortable. We ate at the shark pit grill 3 times, it was a great price and being able to sit in front of the aquarium was awesome to watch as we ate. It was very close to the beach, and not to mention 3 steps from Ron Jon surf shop. We had outstanding service here, and it definitely passed our expectations! It was like a mini-vacation in its self!

Positives: The aquarium and the closeness to Ron Jon.

Negatives: The pool location, and how it was covered.
