Standard bedrooms sleep 10.

You will be able to enjoy all the comforts of this home. All the attractions and many great restaurants are just a short drive away. Extra fees to be collected at time of check-in- Cleaning fee 95.00 USD Resort fee 40.00 USD Check-in time is from 3pm-5pm on the day of arrival. Please check-in at the office, please have a state issued valid ID and credit card used for rental. Information needs to be verified. If checking in after 5pm, come back by 9am the next business day. Minimum age required at check-in is 21 years. There is a lock box in front of the office for after hours check-in. Once booking is confirmed you will receive the information. Clear Creek Subdivision is just off highway 27 and very close to Highway 192 with all its restaurants, shops and attractions and is approximately is a ten minute drive to Walt Disney World.
