We showed up on a Saturday night and were greeted by friendly bellhops and personnel at registration. We were even more impressed when they gave us a Mimosa upon arrival. Honestly, I could have stayed in the hotel all week and not left at all, but we did come to visit the beach. I wish I could have stayed longer because I did not have enough time to take part in all that the Resort had to offer. Next time I will definitely have to lay in the Hammock (always wanted to do that) and make S'Mores by the fire pit.

Positives: The atmosphere was wonderful, the property was beautiful and everyone was super friendly!

Negatives: I didn't like that only 75 people per day could go to the other property only before 3pm.

We wanted to get away, too many kids and families who took over the hotel. It would have been nice if all families were put on the same floors. My wife and I wanted a quiet weekend, we care for teen age grandchildren, the one that were at the hotel were either very young and crying because their parents kept them up to late. Ten -twelve year olds ran in the halls, no supervision by parents. We had six children of our own and we never would have allowed what happened with these kids to happen to our children. How many times can someone complain. My wife and daughter had stayed there two weeks previous and enjoyed it.

Positives: Overall interior was excellent.

Negatives: Requested double beds, didn't get.wanted quiet room placed next to family four with attached door. Kids cried every night, complained..

One of the better Hyatts.

Positives: Beautiful property, convenient location from RSW airport.

Negatives: Not the best location for a resort, no beach and $20 resort fee which is a rip off.

We were very impressed with this hotel and its staff! I loved the pools and lazy river. I would visit again!

Positives: Customer service.

Negatives: No beach on property.

This is a nice tucked away resort hotel near Bonita Springs. The hotel is both romantic and a great getaway for families. The hotel is very clean with very friendly staff. The pools and spas were nice, and though small, the private beach/island a nice change from crowded public beaches. The rooms could use a makeover, as the furnishing seem rather old for a resort, however they did not detract from the overall stay.

Positives: The pool and grounds were exceptional.

Negatives: The prices in the restaurants were very high.

Top dog facility. Beautiful decor. Excellent staff. Luxury beds/linens and baths. Very clean and well maintained. Fabulous gardens, pools, and fountains.

Positives: Beautiful decor and expert staff.

Negatives: $15.00 daily fee.

We had an awesome time overall. The design and layout gave you a feel of "old florida". The food was delicious and some of the best service we have ever had. Loved golfing...beautiful course. The description of the private island beach talked about putting up an umbrella and chair and relax. The beach area was so narrow that we were not allowed to use the chairs.

Positives: Service was incredible and so was the food.

Negatives: The description of the private beach left a lot to be desired.

Staff was helpful in removing resort fee of $15.00 as it was not quoted on your site, nor mentioned when I checked in. This needs to be addressed by both your companies. Pool water was very cold.

Positives: Staff is very welcoming and approachable.

Negatives: Resort fee $15.00 charged before checkout. Not quoted before bidding.

Positives: It was very pleasurable experience. The hotel was great.

Great resort for couples or families looking for an all-in-one resort. Beautiful common areas, wonderful selection of 3 pools (including one family-friendly pool with beach entrance and water slide and one adults-only lap pool). Even though the resort is not directly on the beach, it is a pleasant 15 minute boat ride (complimentary) to get there. The one negative pertaining to the beach was the fact the complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas were not made available due to the high surf and limited beach area (however, I spoke with a hotel employee who stated the chairs and umbrellas have not been available since May 2008.) A big plus was being able to use the amenities at the Hyatt's vacation condos just a few blocks away (you can drive there or take the resort's shuttle). The amenities included a lazy river, a waterfall pool, and a toddler's pool. Dining at the resort was pleasant; food was good, prices were somewhat high (to be expected when dining at a resort). I cannot comment on the kids camp because my kids were too young to be enrolled. However, other guests were spoke with said their kids enjoyed it. Overall, a very good experience.

Positives: Excellent customer service, family-friendly pool area.

Negatives: Complimentary beach lounge chairs and umbrellas were not made available due to beach erosion.

Fantastic hotel. Incredibly helpful staff. Very convenient mall 1.5 miles away with cinemas and restaurants. Shame that the boat doesn't run earlier/later because of the turtles (which I am convinced don't really exist).

Positives: The staff. The pools.

Negatives: Resort fee. High price of food. Take mosquito spray for the evenings.

This is a unique place to stay. We stayed over the 4th of July and the resort was crowded. This hotel is wonderful even in crowded conditions.

Positives: The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable.

Negatives: Access to the lazy river at the attached property was limited.

Hotel was not in a great location to begin with, we thought it would be a beachy location by the description of the proximity to the water, island was just ok, they packed us in with beach chairs like sardines, shore was filled with shells and my friend got cuts on his feet, the TV did not work, they recommended going to a local mall as something to do! The sad thing is that we actually did since there was nothing to do at night. Hotel was nice, the room was ok, but bed left a lot to be desired we felt like we did not get good rest.

Positives: The lazy pool.

Negatives: TV did not work, bed was not comfotable, added a resort fee after they told us they wouldnt.

The hotel has created a very inviting environment inside and out. Our corner room had three balconies with great views of the surrounding area including the Gulf of Mexico. The staff was generally helpful, especially the concierge. This wonderful gentleman proved to be a great resource on our short stay. Our room was clean and comfortable and the hotel grounds were very well kept. If we had not been hit with unforeseen resort fees at checkout we would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. The only drawback to our experience at this hotel was having to pay $12 a day for a resort fee. As far as we know, this was the first time we've ever been charged extra for a dip in the pool and a copy of the morning paper. We had a fabulous time at the hotel, but we will definitely be tentative to stay again.

Positives: Beautiful setting inside and out. Well maintained grounds and very cozy rooms.

Negatives: Having to pay a $12 a day resort fee. For what? A dip in their pool? A newspaper? Since when are these not included in the room rate.
