weekend or a long time. We welcome short term and long term residents. Full amenities are available along with a manager on site. 95% of our sites are rented annually as the residents enjoy the “non-transient” nature of our resort, and look forward to seeing their neighbors and friends

from year to year. FishTales is located just 4 miles south on Alco Road just off State Road 40 in historic Astor, Florida.

This secluded direct river and canal front resort has old Florida charm and boasts some of the most beautiful views that the St. Johns River has to offer. Rent a waterfront apartment, bring your RV/Park Model or enjoy one of our direct riverfront homes. .Your time here at FishTales Resort will be memorable. What would you like to do today? How about fishing? You can keep your boat in one of our deep water canal slips during your stay. Boat slips are included with a 12 month lease.

How about a walk along the water? Not only is the resort riverfront but we also have over 300 feet of canal where you can stroll along and listen to nothing but peace and quiet.

If you desire to venture into town it is either a short boat ride or a 4 mile car ride to some of the best restaurants in old Florida. No matter what you do at FishTales Resort, we know that your stay will be enjoyable.
