Our room had a sitting area that faced nothing. The toilet area was so cramped that it was very uncomfortable. The room was dusty and the mirrors were dirty. The TV was old and had a lisp to it. We were above the kitchen, and were woken up early each morning (5:30) by delivery trucks. The food was good, but pricey and the dining room was dusty. The bed was quite comfortable. The desk staff was nice.
Positives: It was in a nice location.
Negatives: Our room was not clean enough. The toilet was in a tiny cramped in space.

I will stay there again and that is saying something--I come to DC every week.

Nice, clean hotel and<BR/>staff was friendly.

It was a nice compromise considering the price...
Positives: The location is perfect.
Negatives: The front desk is not very helpful, they didn't know anything about the city.
