This property completed a renovation in late 2016 including the lobby, meeting space, guest rooms and public areas. Nice enough to move right in and stay for a while. All suites have kitchenettes with refrigerator, microwave, and cook top. The building is located across the street from the restaurants & offices of the Washington Harbour Complex on the Georgetown waterfront, and steps from the many shops and restaurants of Georgetown. Two of our three conference rooms are located in the Harbour Building. All Rates include free continental breakfast, free wireless internet, and free local calls. Both Georgetown Suites locations are completely nonsmoking. Georgetown Suites doesnt look, act or treat guests quite like a hotel. It's more like you're coming to visit some friends for a few days than checking into a hotel assuming those friends have big rooms, live in a great location and everybody in the family is focused on making sure you're having a good time.
