This is a conveniently located hotel with an excellent staff. With a nice cooked breakfast (not cold rolls and coffee described as breakfast like most places have -- not worth anything), this place is an excellent bargain. Room is very spacious with many amenities.
Positives: Convenient location, very nice breakfast included with very nice staff serving and excellent front desk staff.
Negatives: All was fine.

I got 3.5 star room - actually more like an apartment, with a complete kitchen and living area - in a 2 star hotel. Staff at reception were always professional and courteous, but 24hr presence of burly security guards was a bit disquieting. Gym room is just an excuse to get a star. It's centrally located between Downtown and Dupont circle, but a bit far from the Metro, Bikeshare, restaurants, etc.
Positives: Roomy apt had a living room area and complete kitchen.
Negatives: Gym facilities, lobby, sec guards, location.

Our suite included kitchen, sitting, and bedroom areas. It was spotlessly clean. Subway directions were conflicting and could not be verified so we miscalculated and had to walk many blocks in extreme heat. A full breakfast was excellent, and on certain evenings food is also provided, but we did not know this until it was too late. The lobby is tiny.
Positives: Plenty of space, clean, good location, and good food.
Negatives: We learned too late of evening food offerings.

Loved staying here. Room and common areas were very clean. Staff was awesome, breakfast was decent. Nice location. Only think I disliked about the hotel was paying $25 a day for parking.
Positives: Very efficient, courteous, and
Negatives: Did not appreciate having to pay for $25 per day for parking.

I was very satisfied with the hotel. The only complaint was that there were no rooms that had 2 double beds, the hotel only has queen beds. I guess this is because it is geared toward being an extended stay hotel. The room had a full size refrigerator/freezer, mini range, full-size sink, and small dishwasher. I felt like I was at more of a 3.5 star hotel because the room had a great flat screen TV and the breakfast was really good.
Positives: The hotel had a great breakfast.
Negatives: The hotel had no rooms with 2 beds.

It was a nice room, the parking was a bit of an inconvenience if your on the street, has great stores around the area, good location, but a good stay after all.
Positives: The service, the location, the workers and the room.
Negatives: That there were only 2 computers in the business room, so we were limited to a 20 minute rule.

Very happily surprised of the location just a 5 minute walk from the Whitehouse and a short cab ride everywhere else.
Positives: The layout of the mini-suites made it a home away from home. Free breakfast is great!
Negatives: No dislikes.

It was one of the best hotel experiences that I have had through Priceline. The free breakfast was particularly welcome and appreciated.
Positives: Unlike several hotels in the area, this hotel offers its guests a kitchen area and an ample amount of space.
Negatives: There is no restaurant.

Beds are very comfortable and hotel is clean. The breakfast in the morning is well rounded and we enjoyed the easy walking distance to the White House, Monuments, Capital, and Smithsonian
Positives: Very close to main attractions in DC.
Negatives: Not a ton of casual restaurants nearby, but lots of choices in general.

Wonderful hotel. Nice for long term stays since there is a kitchen and couch in unit. There is also a great full-service breakfast.
Positives: The kitchen in the unit. And the suite setup.
Negatives: The lobby was small.

We needed quite a bit of direction when we first arrived and the staff was more than willing to help us. They explained which directions and how many blocks we needed to go to reach the White House, Smithsonians, etc. They also didn't seem to mind answering the same questions again and again. We had a great stay!
Positives: Friendly staff.
Negatives: The dining room was really warm.

Good location in D.C. Also loved the massage shower. Having a kitchen was nice but there was no place to put my garbage. Breakfast was OK but the fake eggs were a disappointment.
Positives: Great location and excellent massage shower.
Negatives: Would have liked a bigger bed and a blanket.

I stayed at this hotel with my husband and teenage son for two nights over Labor Day weekend. The room was neat, clean, and attractively decorated. We had a room with a queen-sized bed that was very comfortable and a fold-out couch, which my son also deemed quite comfortable. As it is a Residence Inn, it came with a full kitchen, including stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. We did not use the kitchen very much, but it was well appointed and would be great for any extended stay, business travelers, or families. The hotel also has a very good complimentary breakfast buffet in the morning. We had an excellent stay, and I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.
Positives: Clean, comfortable, and
Negatives: Hotel staff slightly disorganized at check-in.

The hotel was great. Only issue, is you have to get valet parking, and its $20 a night. And on top of that, I was charged for either 3 nights, or 3 cars, when I only stayed 1 night, and had 1 car. Other than that, it was great. The free breakfast buffet, was ver nice, and had many options.
Positives: Friendly staff.
Negatives: Parking.

This hotel is clean, comfortable and has most all the amenities of home. Separate area for kitchen, dining, living, bath and sleep. Very nice. CVS Pharmacy also attached to hotel.
Positives: All the comforts of home on a smaller scale. Kitchen, dining, living, bath
Negatives: A little further from the monuments than I would have liked, but was not bad.

It's a new, clean hotel, and what you would expect from a Residence Inn: free internet, kitchenette, breakfast. For some reason, the hotel was designed with extremely narrow hallways, and I had to squeeze past housekeeping carts anytime I left my room, at any time of day.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Breakfast feeding frenzy.

The staff was very hardworking and helpful.
Positives: The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Negatives: The parking garage was dark and dank.
