Dingy, well worn and in serious need of renovation. But if all you need is a meal and a bed it is not a horrible place. The Savin Star restaurant is actually good enough that I would drive there if I lived in Bridgeport to eat.

Positives: The resaurant was extremely good, surprisingly so!

Negatives: The bathroom while "clean" was poorly repaired, the exterior of the hotel had trash in many places

Other than the bad breakfast we had a nice stay in a clean and quiet hotel.

Positives: Restaurant and bar were very nice and rooms were very clean.

Negatives: The Breakfast buffet was very bad, stale pastries and warm juices and milk.

Right off an exit off of I-95, comfortable but undergoing minor renovations and the heater was unbelievably loud. I had it on low, but it was still like an aircraft engine, made it harder to sleep. Didnt eat in restaurant off of lobby, but looked very good. Continental breakfast, better than usual.

Positives: Convenient location off I-95, free wireless Internet.

Negatives: Heating/ventilation very loud.

Unattractive odor when entering. Restaurant and bar were closed for remodeling. No hot water (afternoon or morning) for shower. Maid had to be called for service to the room at 3:15 pm. after we had been out all day. Staff unresponsive to complaints at end of stay.

Positives: Shiny lobby floor.

Negatives: Poor maid service; lack of hot water for showers.

We had a plug bath tub and we have to call twice to have it unplug, we also has a broken toilet handle to flush toilet) and we had it for 2 days the night before we have to come back they offer another room but it was to late for another day so we stay at the room. We notify the person in front and when the person was confronted she said that they didn't know anything and that we did not notify anything, we confronted her and my husband told her, yes we did call and came down here to notify that the toilet handle was broken and also the tub was plug¿

Positives: Just that it was clean and has a pool.

Negatives: I was not treated accordingly as my expectations.

Again I enjoyed my stay under the circumstances that necessitated hotel accommodations. I was attending my sister's funeral and was traveling from Texas. When I return to the area, the Ramada will be the hotel that I will choose to stay.

Positives: The hotel was accessible to 95, it was clean and I felt safe and secure. The hotel lobby was beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful and friend.

Negatives: The restaurant was obviously under construction, which was an inconvenience, because you had to go outside to dine.

This hotel was perhaps a 1 star if it were clean. Lobby was leaking, smelled musty and moldy, old mattresses on the roof outside our window, advertised lounge and restaurant closed, police squad cars on the scene when we arrived. Needs help and some TLC.

Positives: Shower head and water pressure.

Negatives: Most everything else.

Overall I had a pretty pleasant experience here. The hotel was clean--mainly. The "heated" pool was cold and the pool area was filthy (cigarette butts and wet towels lying all over). The continental breakfast was bad and the staff on the restaurant was rude and inattentive. The woman manning the restaurant talked on her cell phone and did not acknowledge a single patron coming in. Also when I first got there they had us booked in a smoking room and when the front desk clerk went to correct it--there computers went down. Also you are charged.56 per call for local calls which is pretty crazy if you ask me.

Positives: I loved the atmosphere and the excitement of my girls made it worth it.

Negatives: The free continental breakfast consisted of bagels and cold cereal only!

This is a nice hotel, with clean comfortable rooms. About the equivalent of a Courtyard. Felt like I got a lot of bang for the buck. Very convenient to I95.

Positives: Nice clean rooms.

Negatives: Light bulbs burnt out in room (3 of them).
