Well when we got here they had a non smoking room for us and we booked a smoking room. There was trash in our room when we went in. the hallways had no heat at all and it was 20 degrees outside and snowing. I don't like the fact that you have to get new keys for your room everyday, that is really a pain and very Inconvenient.
Positives: It had an in door pool and Jacuzzi but the pool was cold and the Jacuzzi was too hot.
Negatives: The hallways were cold and there was trash in our room when we got there.

Our first room had a TV that the remote did not work. Our second room had did not have light bulbs in the wall lamps and had a dirty towel in one of the dresser drawers. Our third room did not have the complimentary hand cream and shampoo that the other rooms had. Also the door handle came off in our hand when we tried to open the door. We were able the reattach it and did not report it as we did not want to lug our stuff a fourth time.
Positives: The desk clerk was extremely friendly & accommodating.
Negatives: Hard boiled eggs were peeled and out for anyone to touch!
