The hotel was convenient and affordable. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. We stayed in a king suite and it was very quiet. The furniture was functional at best and a bit worn in some places. Our only complaint was the housekeepers. If we were not out of our room by noon, our room did not get cleaned. That is unusual in my experience and caused some headaches. Our room was cleaned only 3 out of 8 nights forcing us to change rooms once just to get a clean room. Otherwise, we would stay there again!
Positives: The friendly and helpful staff.
Negatives: We generally left the room around noon and missed housekeeping services the majority of the time.

Exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Both the late night, and early a.m. staff were pleasant & personable. Recommend it highly. Would be a terrific place to stay if my children were along, as well. Suite set-up was well thought out.
Positives: Spacious suite, fridge, microwave, cooktop too! Extra towels, convenient restaurant.
Negatives: Breakfast not available before 6:30.

Hotel was conveniently located, room was spacious, I reserved two double bed rooms, and I received one King, one double. My non smoking room smelled like smoke. The bathroom fan did not work, and the rug had many dark stains; even the corridor rugs were stained. With some cleaning up and updating, it would be great.
Positives: It was conveniently located, breakfast was fine
Negatives: It appeared dirty, stained rugs, staff seemed confused, not able to do registration tasks or check out tasks efficiently.

For what we wanted, a one night stay in that area, the hotel was fine, and we would stay there again. A complementary breakfast was served. My only complaint was that the directions on the internet site were poor, so we had a hard time finding the hotel, and when we got there, found it was right off Exit 4 on Rt. 84, so it should have been very easy to find. There was no tel. # on the directions, either. Easy to fix that!
Positives: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean.
Negatives: It's in a busy area, doesn't have nice grounds, but building is attractive inside.

We stayed for 1 night and it was very satisfactory. The suite was clean and we had more than enough room for two of us. The price was very reasonable for a Saturday evening.
Positives: It was clean, roomy, comfortable and easy to find.
Negatives: No complaints.

This is obviously a hotel that has slipped below quality level for it's chain. (I believe it was a former Radisson.) The rooms need refurbishing. The air conditioning system blows frigid air hard directly on the bed with a noisy fan. So you are alternately freezing or warm. Altogether not worthy of a three-star rating any more.
Positives: Spacious bathroom.
Negatives: Room overlooked lobby, was very noisy. Air conditioning blasts cold air onto bed.

Not a 3 star hotel, room had mildew in bathroom, rugs were stained and dirty, beds were out of balance, bed linen was that of a one star hotel - worn, thin and cheap. I usually stay at a hotel nearby for $55 that is a 2 star and that hotel looks good compared to the Moron Hotel in Danbury.
Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: This is not a 4 star hotel, mildew in bathroom, worn carpets and bed linen, etc.

Had a bad experience. People in the next room loudly fighting all night---I could hear all through the walls. Staff moved me to another room, but the AC vents blew directly onto the bed. Very drafty and uncomfortable. Bland lobby and rooms.
Positives: Friendly staff.
Negatives: Bad air conditioning, not much soundproofing.

The hotel is nice overall. It's basic. It's clean. The rooms had high ceilings and the bed was fairly comfortable. However it's not a three star hotel and it's not worth their full price of $120 a night. In fact, don't ever pay the full price because you will feel cheated. It should be rated as a two - two and a half star hotel. The front desk was completely disorganized. The hotel restaurant was completely over priced. They purported gourmet meals, charged almost $25 per plate and it had to be some of the worst food I ever had. The person at the bar didn't know how to make drinks and made one of the worst cocktails I ever had. She apologized claiming she didn't normally bartend. In that case, they should have offered at the very least half price drinks. The servers were rude both at night for dinner and for the continental breakfast. Given that, I would stay there again as there aren't many hotel options in that area. However I would never want to pay full price for that place.
Positives: The rooms were spacious and it was quiet.
Negatives: The restaurant in the hotel was overpriced, the food was mediocre at best, and the wait staff rude.

I would never pay full price for this room. The front desk staff was helpful, but completely unorganized, and seemed to be unable to use computers.
Positives: Roominess.
Negatives: Staff was very unorganized, lots of confusion.

Small, but comfortable room, bit off putting as there was no window to the outside.
Positives: Lobby and staff.
Negatives: Terrible breakfast - Grey fruit, poor bagels, watery coffee!

This hotel is a storefront in a strip mall adjacent to a supermarket. It is dirty and is furnished and appointed in substandard quality. There are stains on the carpets both in the rooms and in the public areas and the furnishings in the public area include tears and burns in upholstery.
Positives: Absolutely nothing.
Negatives: Inferior quality and standard.

The hotel was convenient, it certainly was not a high end hotel. The room was large, the hotel directory had white out and was very old. The room was dirty, the bathroom was not cleaned very well. When I called to complain about the toilet not functioning properly no one responded. I had to turn the water off on the toilet to get some sleep. Not as I expected.
Positives: Service of the check in employee.
Negatives: Cleanliness

We were very disappointed in how the above mentioned was handled. The crowd was definitely out of control and my daughter had to be moved from her room at 4 in the morning. The police should of removed the crowd. The front desk did not call them even after one of their employees was pushed.
Positives: The staff when we checked in was very friendly.
Negatives: The room next to us was very loud and obnoxious. The police should of been called after they push an employee.

Older area of town, but a nice oasis. Very friendly staff. Nice restaurant. Continental breakfast a bit skimpy.
Positives: Friendly staff, hotel TV didn't work properly but the desk clerk offered a new room. A positive outcome.
Negatives: Nothing.

Positives: Microwave and fridge in room.
Negatives: Weak cell phone strength.

We were traveling with my nine year old son and had to explain to him when we came back to our room after dinner why the elevator shaft smelled like pot. The first night we had live music directly under our room until 11:00 pm from the bar and woke at 7:00 am to the sound of the trucks at the Stop and Shop next door backing up. We had asked for a quiet room and the hotel was almost empty. A non-quiet room must be a nightmare! The hotel staff was only willing to change our room after the second call at 10:30 pm after my son was asleep and we had unpacked. The desk clerk was disinterested and lied about the room at our check in.
Positives: The flowers in the lobby were nice.
Negatives: The live music until 11:00 pm directly under our room and the pot smoking staff member in the garage entrance. It was the worst experience I have had!

I felt safe and secure the whole time we stayed there. I love the bright sunlight and the sound of the fountain in the lobby. The front desk staff were great, internet was included in the stay, and the rooms were quiet. My suggested improvement would be in the area of the continental breakfast. The hostess should have greeted and talked to the guest. The muffins and Danish were cold and hard, no way of cooking the oatmeal, and the absence of sliced bread. Plants and flowers to go with the fountain would be wonderful and cheerful.
Positives: The hotel interior is bright and cheerful, free internet access, friendly and helpful front desk.
Negatives: The continental breakfast offered was somewhat minimal and hotel decor lacked warmth.
