Enjoyable stay. But, pull out bed from couch isn't comfortable!
Positives: Friendly, upscale look and clean.

Meet our expectations. We were very pleased.
Positives: The bed was very comfortable and the linens were wonderful, and the pillows were great.

Positives: Most comfortable bed and desk chair anywhere.
Negatives: The signs directing one to the hotel sends one back onto the expressway.

Decent hotel, terrible location, terrible directions given by front desk, road has potholes. Otherwise staff was professional. Room smelt of smoke, but was otherwise fine.

Beautiful, comforable, pool, fitness center, free internet access-- it was great!

Negatives: Gave mixed up driving directions, but nothing major

Highlight of the stay was to be able to get in the jacuzzi; however, the temperature was cold and no towels were available for use despite request and complaints voices at least three times by myself and other guest using the tub.
