Clean, nice hotel. Staff is friendly and ready to help.
Positives: Clean and nice.
Negatives: No towels in swimming pool area.

Stayed in a suite with king bed, jacuzzi and separate room with couches and fireplace. Very, very nice. Two TV's, refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was great with a couple of hot choices as well as the usual. Nice breakfast area you can use at other times of day. Very nice pool and exercise room. Cleanliness: The usual. Not perfect, but far from dirty. Only complaints: It says on the hotels website that it is adjacent to Hawthorne Inn and in my dictionary adjacent means connected to. The Hawthorne Inn is down the street. Not even walkable because the road is 4-lanes with no sidewalk. The restaurant is expensive, but the bar/lounge area is very nice and has happy hour from 2 to 6 with half price drinks and appetizers. Would have been nice to be on the premises to have a few drinks though. Right down the road is the main thoroughfare with all the restaurants and stores you can think of. Lots of mini-golf and go-cart places too. Also good for a fun night out. Very nice park. Overall, we had a wonderful time and are planning to go again. All we did was relax, but that was all we wanted to do. Perfect to get away from the routine.

I was happy with my room, the comfort level, helpfulness of the staff and location. The price made this an excellent value.
Positives: The front desk staff was excellent.
Negatives: The breakfast selection was limited, no hot tub by the pool.

Clean the rooms better and get rid of the bad body odors.
Positives: At least the hotel was fairly new.

The hotel was very clean and it was a little noisy at times. Overall except for the lack of plowing the snow it was a alright place to stay on short notice.
Positives: The hotel was clean and the continental breakfast was alright.
Negatives: They did a poor job plowing the snow. The whole reason that I was even there was to avoid this problem.

The hotel was nice and clean. in my area, near the office, was an odor which carried to my room-like cooking spices. This was tolerable.
Positives: Cleanliness, nice pool.
Negatives: Management not following up on a concern of mine.
