Mountain Pizza & Taproom, established June 15, 2018, is fulfilling a long-time dream of bringing Artisan Brick Oven Pizza and an excellent variety of Craft Beers and Wines to the beautiful Mountain Town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado, and beginning July 10th, in South Fork, Colorado also. We begin creating our pizzas with a fine grade flour to mix a delicate dough that is aged for 24 hours and hand tossed. Next, we apply a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, our custom designed Mountain Red Sauce made from fresh hand crushed tomatoes, exquisite cheeses, and the finest local and imported toppings we can find.

Kip’s Grill & Cantina ( Dining / Burgers ). Located at 121 Pagosa Street. Kip's Grill started operating out of a caboose on the side of the Highway in Del Norte, Colorado in 1996. The goal was to create seriously fresh, handmade tacos with amazing flavors and provide our patrons with outstanding customer service. A lot of things have changed along the way. The menu has expanded and the location moved to 101 5th Street in Creede, Colorado. A lot of things have not changed at all. We still work hard to make fantastically fresh and delicious food and our efforts are always 100% focused on "Pleasin' The People".
